Composition Contest for a Participatory Mass

We are pleased to announce that the jury for the competition Harmony in Community: Composition Contest for a Participatory Mass, announced on September 15, 2024, by this Institute in collaboration with the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany to the Holy See, has awarded the prize to the composition by student Israel Uchenna ECHIE.

Israel Uchenna Echie was born in Lagos, Nigeria, and is a second-year student in the preparatory course for the Baccalaureate course in Composition.

The Mass will be performed during the Ash Wednesday Celebration on March 5, 2025, at 12:00 PM at the Abbey Church of PIMS and on March 16, 2025, at 9:00 AM at St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican.
