With extraordinary success from both the public and critics, the second edition of the ‘Organo Plus’ festival – dedicated in 2024 to the Anno Reficiano – came to a close, offering a fascinating journey through the colors of the organ as a solo, liturgical, chamber, and concertante instrument. An intense Christmas-themed program captivated the audience on the final evening at the Sala Accademica in Piazza S. Agostino, with classical works by Refice, Bartolucci, and Duruflé, alongside compositions by contemporary masters such as Flury and Miserachs, as well as pieces created by the talented young organists Giacomo Balduzzi and Lorenzo Spatafora, students of Mᐤ P. Theo Flury, performed by the voices of tenors Jaime Canto Navarro and Marco Eduardo Rivas Torres, and basses Kevin Cribb and Don Tommaso Lee.
